We provide top-notch training to ensure your success.As a Director of Used Cars, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of DGDG's used car business by managing inventory, sales, marketing, compliance, and profitability. This position will be reporting to the VP of Sales.What you'll be working on:

• Oversee pre-owned sales and stocking strategy for our group of stores
• Responsibly wholesale all vehicles every month in the DGDG network via best disposition channel
• Coach store managers on best practices to improve performance and profit
• Set sales goals, track progress, and manage inventory for maximum impactWhat you need to bring to the table:
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the used car market
• Proven record of achievement and consistency
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the automotive sales cycle, market trends and customer needs
• Extensive retail experience - the right candidate has sold at least 400-500 used vehicles monthly on a group platform or held a public used car retailer position
• Must have a thorough understanding of the used car market
• Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
• Must have extensive experience with disposition as they will lead this for the entire group
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, DMV Check requiredSalary: $120,000-$180,000/annually*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.Industry Leading Benefits:
