Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: 3/31/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1783.00 - $2055.00

PT - SNF needed ASAP Marysville Post Acute is looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and regain independence following surgery, injury, or illness. You will work in a collaborative, supportive environment, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care to achieve optimal outcomes. **Education**: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. - **Licensure**: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing. CPR and First Aid certification preferred - **Experience**: Prior experience in post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care is highly desirable but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. - **Skills**: Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with the ability to create and implement individualized therapy programs. Excellent communication skills, both with patients and interdisciplinary team members. - **Personal Traits**: A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to motivate and support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
References: 1 Reference in entire work history Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with the ability to create and implement individualized therapy programs. Excellent communication skills, both with patients and interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Qualifications
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
