The Cardiac Cath Lab Director will join a facility that offers a full range of services including Neuroscience, Behavioral Health, Obstetrics, Perioperative, and of course Cardiovascular.Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director Cardiac Cath Lab and IR will lead clinical and administrative operations in a busy Cardiovascular Services department. Supported by a tenured CVRN Cath Lab Manager, an Interventional Radiology Supervisor, and two great Charge Nurses, this Director will find the day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly and expertly. Working closely with the Critical Care Nurse Director, the Director of Perioperative Services, and the Director of Outpatient Services, you'll help evolve the continuum of care for cardiovascular services and develop a strategy for the future of the department.Supported by an experienced and tenured staff of IR Cardiac Cath Nurses and Technologists, as well as an administrative team that's committed to the continued development of IR and Cardiac Cath Services, Nurse Director will be in a position to inspire and innovate. Identifying new service offering opportunities, recognizing and seizing possible operational-efficiencies, and serving as a change agent for the service line, you'll have the power and support to grow into the service you want.Visitors to the Northern San Joaquin Valley will find an area that's charged with character and charm.
