• Employment Type: Local ContractJob Description:
  --- Consult on complex cases with supervisor, treatment team members, CDCR/CCHCS institutional health care personnel, and other divisions within the department.
  --- Document all care provided to the patient, including in-person contacts and Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IDTT) meetings.
  --- Monitor patient progress using CDCR/CCHCS MH approved documentation formatting for progress notes.
  --- Effectively apply community standard of practice for non-medical treatment modalities and ethical standards.
  
  Required Documents:
  --- Minimum of twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years
  --- Must hold active LPCC - CA State License.
  --- Must have AHA BLS.
  --- Must have active DL copy.
