Delivering Exceptional End-of-Life CareAt Interim HealthCare Hospice, we are committed to delivering high-quality care with compassion and respect. Our team is seeking a skilled and empathetic Hospice Certified Home Health Aide to join our network of caregivers.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and provide medication support as needed
• Collaborate with hospice nurses to ensure a patient's care plan is followed
• Document any changes or concerns and notify the supervisor as necessaryRequirements:
  • Active Home Health Aide certification and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in California
  • CPR certification and valid California driver's license
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • At least six months of healthcare experience, with hospice experience preferredBenefits:
