Details:

• Schedule: No weekends, holidays
• Setting: outpatient primary care for only geriatric patients (ages 55+)
  • 90% clinic (MD, RNs, MAs, LVNs all on site)
  • 10% visit to home care or nursing facility (you will be working independently, so must have experience with geriatric care - but there is an MD to help)
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Very low volume - 4 patients per day
  • Start: 12/1/24 Required
    • Must be board certified nurse practitioner
      
    • Must have active CA license, DEA, BLS
    • Must have minimum 2 full years of NP experience with geriatric patientsCompensation:
