We are looking for a nurse practitioner to work in the San Francisco Area - specifically in the North Bay located just 30 minutes away from Napa wine country and will consider either local providers or providers who travel to the site. Details :

• Setting: highly regarded medical group outpatient primary care clinic in North Bay area in California (located between San Francisco and Sacramento about 30 minutes from Napa wine country.
• Duties:
  • All patients ages 18+
  • In-office care with some telemedicine visits
  • diagnose, treat, and manage all acute and chronic conditions through clear H&Ps and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests or labs
  • medication education and management
  • Patient volume: 16 patients per day
    
  • Full support staff with additional physicians, APPs, and MAs
  • Schedule: No weekends, no call
    
    Required :
    
    • Board certified through ANCC or AANP
    • Active, full, and unrestricted CA license
    • Maintain and active and unrestricted DEA license
    • Current BLS certification
    • Minimum 2 full years of experience in a primary care setting
