TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Lakeport, California, 95453 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: ICU Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Variable 3x12-Hour (Night 19:00 - 07:30; Day 07:00 - 19:30; 12:00 - 00:30) with on-call and weekend rotation included Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: CA RN Licensure required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (All AHA certified) Must-Have: Epic experience preferred Job Description: - Provide comprehensive patient-family centered care in accordance with professional nursing practice standards. - Address potential and actual health and illness problems for patients and families in both ICU and Med-Surge settings. - Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, coordinating with the healthcare team to plan and implement care. - Float to units as required with approximately 75% of time in Med-Surge and 25% in ICU, based on hospital needs. - Fulfill weekend rotation and be available for on-call shifts as necessary. - Participate in continuous learning and development to ensure up-to-date clinical practices. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols, maintaining patient confidentiality and safety at all times. 26066281EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS - AHA BLS - AHA Core Competency PALS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Adapting to new environments, team dynamics, and patient populations fosters adaptability.
