Job Description:
Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for an
experienced Director of Community and Government Relations to join
our team.
Position Description:
The Director of Community and Government Relations will report to
the COO and/or the Head of External Relations and play a key role
in Oklo's strategy and successful engagement with certain key
communities nationwide. The successful candidate will be motivated,
experienced, and excited to develop strategy related to communities
and local/state or regional governments and engage key stakeholders
as well as oversee on-the-ground relationship building. The role is
expected to recruit and oversee certain key contractors in various
local/state areas of interest to Oklo (e.g., in the areas of
potential plant or facility deployments). The willingness to travel
frequently (e.g. 2x a month or more) will likely be essential. The
ability to stay organized, manage deadlines and work across
departments will be key success factors. This will be a highly
visible position that interacts regularly with executive management
and leaders across departments. It is expected that this role would
interact often with the Communications department, the Business
Development department, the Federal Affairs department, and with
other strategic areas within Oklo such as strategy and finance.

About Oklo compensation:
Salary: $150,000-$250,000
Salary may fall outside of the range provided and will be dependent
on applicant experience.
