The team has introduced a new, cloud based technical stack, a Data Product methodology anchored in the principles of Data Ops, an Active Data Governance methodology to handle the quality and discovery of data, and a series of innovative analytics tools that facilitate discovery, analysis, visualization, machine learning, and AI. The team's goal is to lead high value data and analytics work and to establish and support the broader Workday analytics community by establishing best in class, common ways of working, facilitating training and communication, and crafting secure data and analytics brokering capability across business units.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and methodology focused Scrum Master to join our dynamic Enterprise Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will be a key facilitator, ensuring our data projects are delivered efficiently and effectively using Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for guiding the team through sprints, managing risks and issues, and maintaining status across various teams. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, great communication skills, and a passion for collaborative problem-solving.About YouBasic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Analyst, or a similar role.
• 2+ years of experience working on and delivering Data & Analytics related projects.
• 2+ years of experience working with Data Warehousing, Analytics / Business Intelligence, Data Management & Governance ecosystem of Technologies.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub).Other Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Tools Knowledge: Snowflake, Atlan, DBT Cloud, Tableau, Sigma.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality standard methodologies.
  • Certifications:
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
    • Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
    • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
