an SDR Manager to come and build a team and our outbound/inbound
function -someone who's ready to take full ownership of building
and scaling a high-performing SDR team from scratch.This Is Your

- Build & Lead - Recruit, hire, and train a team of SDRs from the
ground up.
- Develop Playbooks - Design and optimize outbound prospecting
strategies that generate real pipeline.
- Drive Revenue - Set aggressive KPIs, track performance, and
refine outreach tactics.
- Execute & Iterate - Be hands-on in the early days, refining
scripts, messaging, and sequences based on real data.
- Work with Leadership - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and
Product to continuously refine our ICP, messaging, and motion.Why

- This role pays between $135,000-$200,000 depending on
experience (Base + uncapped commission)

Requirements
- A Proven SDR Leader - 3+ years of outbound sales experience and
preferred 1+ years managing SDRs or anyone else.
- Quota Crusher - You've consistently exceeded quota, you can
prove it, and you know how to help others do the same.
