  • Candidates must have recent experience in a California Dignity Health Hospital as a Care Coordinator.
  • The patient population includes cardiac, surgical, oncology, and critical care patients.
    • Job Requirements
    • BLS certification required.
    • Candidates must provide 2 supervisory references (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 within 12 months and 1 within 3 years worked.
    • Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit within the past year.
      • Schedule Information
      • 8-hour day shifts, every other weekend, first to float.
      • Candidates will float to all units excluding surgery.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Candidates will orient for one day with a RNCC.
          • Additional Details
          • COVID Vaccine Required.
