communities.The Opportunity
- Promote the Vituity Mission, Vision and Values to ensure a
strong divisional culture.
- Develop and achieve divisional strategy, goals, priorities, and
key performance indicators (KPIs) supporting the organization's
strategic plan.
- Mentor and empower the divisional leadership team to drive
organizational and divisional strategy and achieve KPIs.
- Facilitate an integrated divisional leadership team and ensure
oversight of practice lines while ensuring the Practice Line Vice
President and Practice Line Business Partners remain accountable
and responsible for outcomes.
- Ensure solid bidirectional communication across all aspects of
the Division.
- Promote and support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
initiatives throughout the Division.
- Plan and execute divisional meetings.
- Partner with People Operations to manage people
operations/human resources requirements.
- Oversee Leadership Development Program components within the
division.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing across divisions teams to
strengthen programs/initiatives.
- Align and manage divisional operational resources.
- Collaborate with the Innovation Team to cultivate ideas and
explore solutions to challenging problems affecting sites.
- Provide support to Regional Directors and sites to maximize
operational efficiencies.
- Oversee site financial incentives and monitoring.
- Support contract renewals and follow up with Regional
Directors.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train management-level
staff.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance
with company policy.
- Lead, direct, and review the work of team members to accomplish
program initiatives.Required Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and
eight (8) years of progressively responsible related work
experience required.
- Six (6) years of experience in a mid- to senior-level
management capacity required.
- Experience in health care, physician practice management, and
multi-location operations required.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Healthcare
Administration or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to generate consensus in decisions and encourage
creativity and innovation.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change.Benefits &
