A company is looking for a Senior Director, Head of Network
Development to lead student acquisition strategies and enhance
engagement with job simulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a student acquisition strategy to increase
engagement with job simulations
Track and report on the performance of the student acquisition
strategy and adjust as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate job
simulations into higher education curricula
Required Qualifications:
8-10+ years of professional experience
4+ years of experience in complex, cross-functional projects
1+ years of team management experience while contributing
individually
Experience using data analytics tools to inform strategic
decisions
Understanding of the US higher education system and campus
recruitment landscape
