Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Science Manager to lead a team
in developing machine learning solutions for business
challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Establish the vision and mission of the data science team while
developing innovative ML solutions
Manage and provide technical guidance to a team of data
scientists
Oversee the project lifecycle, including data preparation,
hypothesis generation, coding, testing, and deployment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics,
Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
2+ years of experience in people management and team building
5+ years of industry experience in data science or machine
learning, including predictive model building
Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in scripting
languages and distributed systems
5+ years of experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn,
Spark ML, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
