Job Summary

This position will be responsible for overseeing the food service operation, ensuring that high standards are met. The Cafe Manager will supervise associates and support financial responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Associates: Hire, train, and coach the cafe staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Plan Events: Develop and execute special events and promotions in the cafe to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Sanitation and Cleaning: Ensure that the cafe maintains proper sanitation and cleaning standards at all times.
• Operational Management: Manage the cafe's operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and food service equipment maintenance.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
