after year.We are looking for a Landscaping Irrigation Water
Manager who would be responsible for monitoring and maintaining
campus irrigation and drainage systems with multiple
state-of-the-art controllers, flow, soil moisture, and
weather-based technologies. This position is located in
Mid-Peninsula supporting commercial campus-style
properties.RESPONSIBILITIES of the IRRIGATION WATER MANAGER will
include, but not limited to:
- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot flow & water usage of 1000
plus stations and multiple controller systems
- Respond to water alerts, mobilize resources to address
interruptions in supply, deliver and all major and minor
breaks
- Perform daily site field inspections
- Collaborate with Site Manager and site horticulturalists and
arborists to identify opportunities to drive water management use
to meet seasonal and historical expectations and budgeted
goals
- Develop advanced knowledge of drought management
strategies
- Manage a team of up to 3 personnel to perform established
preventative maintenance programs of all field irrigation
components
- Track water use, PMI repairs, and other data metrics; propose
system upgrades
- Coordinate & lead client meetings with new construction and
ongoing irrigation projectsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE that are necessary
as an Irrigation Water Manager will include, but not limited to:
- Required Water Manager Program Certifications in at least 1 or
more in the following areas: CIT, CLIA, CLCA, or CIC
- Knowledge and experience with WeatherTrak and Baseline
Systems
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is helpful, but not
required
- Demonstrate organizational and time management skills
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

- $85,000 - $105,000 per year (specific compensation may vary
based on overall skills, experience, and location)
- Annual Bonus potential (specific compensation may vary based on
