Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, overseeing analytics
projects from inception to completion
Conduct deep-dive analyses into complex data sets to uncover trends
and insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven
recommendations and ensure proper data infrastructure
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics,
or a related field
5-7 years of experience in analytics, focusing on consulting or
business strategy
Strong leadership and team management experience
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
