Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Technology Environment and
Release Manager to manage Human Capital software environment and
release management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the end-to-end release process, including
scheduling and deployment
Monitor progress and manage risks to ensure timely and quality
releases
Facilitate release meetings and coordinate with cross-functional
teams for deployments
Required Qualifications:
Experience with Human Resources technology and processes
Experience in working with Agile Methodologies
Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
Team management experience
Metrics and measurements reporting experience
