We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.What You'll Do:The Staff Desktop Support Engineer will be part of a team that is responsible for end user support, administration of user accounts and SaaS applications, and endpoint support of Archer's manufacturing infrastructure. You will be responsible for:

• Tier 2 Mac/Windows/Linux end user support and troubleshooting
• Hands-on support of Archer's manufacturing client systems
• Own Archer's IT/manufacturing relationshipWhat You Need:
  • 7+ years hands-on experience with:
  • Windows/Linux client & Mac OS support (including command line interface)
  • Okta/AD account management
  • Google Workspace support: GAM / GAM Advanced
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to resolve technical issues
  • SaaS application administration experience such as: Slack, Zoom, Druva
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and use in daily tasks and projects
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)
  • Zebra Barcode Printer / Scanner support & configurationBonus Qualifications:
    • Scripting (PowerShell, bash)
