Job Description:

• Perform daily support & system administration on server systems, security appliance, networking devices and networks; -
• Diagnosis, troubleshooting and fix network issues and problems;
• Improve the efficiency of current networks and/or new network solutions;
• Manage and work with vendors to resolve network problems and incidents;
• Capable to develop guidelines, procedures, and policies to ensure the network infrastructure meeting service level agreement.
• Capable to configure firewalls routing, switching to maximize network security and efficiency;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the project;
• Willing to work after office hours and travel when deemed necessary.Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or other equivalent disciplines;
  • Proven knowledge in Firewalls such as models from Fortinet, Palo Alto, CISCO, Huawei (holding of related security certificate will be advantage);
  • Decent knowledge in TCP/IP, Switch and Router (layer 2 & 3), WLAN, Policy based routing, Network Security;
  • Holding of certificate like CCNA/CCNP/HCIA/HCIP/MCSE shall be advantage
  • Hands-on experience in Huawei, CISCO Switch, WiFi Controller/AP;
  • 3 years of working experience in network support and /or IT security; -
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must.The remuneration package will be highly competitive.
