Key Responsibilities
Manage daily activities of engineers delivering critical features
and enhancements
Oversee technical delivery operations for Customer Success systems
and mentor team members
Define and manage the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with
team and company strategy
Required Qualifications
Experience delivering high-impact Customer Success initiatives as
part of a technical team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Familiarity with Customer Success systems and relevant
technologies
Implementation expertise in systems projects with large
transactional volumes
Experience in developing and retaining a talented team
