The company is committed to building innovative solutions with a strong foundation in measurement and consumer analytics.As a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer at Quantcast, you will join the Modeling team responsible for the ML systems that price millions of bid requests per second in real-time auctions. You will work with NLP, clustering, and LLMs to improve ML products and drive measurable outcomes for advertisers.Your Responsibilities:

• System Design & Development: Design, code, test, and debug ML applications, improving large-scale systems that handle millions of real-time requests.
• ML Experiments: Run experiments to test new modeling ideas and implement them into production.
• Code Reviews: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while participating in code reviews.
• Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system components for better scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality ML products and provide feedback to colleagues.Required Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • Fluency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
    • Strong skills in mathematics and statistics.
    • Working knowledge of ML algorithms (classification, clustering, LLMs, recommendation systems).
    • Interest in distributed systems, concurrent algorithms, and software engineering.
    • Experience:
      • Proven track record in building and maintaining ML systems in large-scale production environments.
      • Experience in designing scalable systems that handle millions of requests per second.Desired Qualifications
        • Hands-on experience with distributed systems and high-performance computing.
        • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), clustering techniques, and deep learning models.
