We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Fish &
Bird Sousaku Izakaya, an authentic Japanese restaurant with a
modern, fresh California flair. As a Line Cook, you will be
responsible for the fry station and play a crucial role in
delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.Fish &
Bird Sousaku Izakaya is a Michelin Guide-listed restaurant, and we
are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and
service. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for
Japanese cuisine and are eager to learn and grow with us.The ideal
candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a
commercial kitchen and be willing to work hard as part of a team.
They will also have a strong attitude towards learning and a
willingness to take on new challenges. In addition to cooking,
serving, and learning, the successful candidate will be responsible
for cleaning and maintaining a clean and safe working
