Field Operations Associate

Adecco is currently assisting a national client to fill openings for a Field Operations role in Mountain View, CA. This is a up to 12 month assignment. Please review the details below and apply if you meet the requirements!

As a Field Operations Associate, you¿ll work on one of several regional teams across the country responsible for these operations at designated venues. You are a self starter and a true team player. As the position demands frequent travel, working long days, and walking and standing for extended periods of time, you are extremely flexible and physically capable of performing this work. In addition, you possess the technical skills to work in a complex cross functional setting.

Responsibilities

- Collect data at designated venues using proprietary software and internal tools

- Represent the project in a professional manner while interacting with partners and the public

- Travel long distances with the team normally by car to different work sites

- Coordinate with HQ leadership and cross functional teams to drive projects forward

Minimum qualifications

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

- Ability to work in a dynamic, team oriented work environment

- Capable and willing to travel up to 70% of the time

- Able to walk long distances up to 10 miles a day

- Clean driving record and valid driver's license

- Good credit history

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in an operations environment

- Excellent problem solving abilities

- Adept at learning new applications and tools

- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator or equivalent software

- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
