This Human Resources Position Features:

? Great Pay to $45K

Immediate need for human resources generalist position for California personnel in the human resources functions involving labor relations, programs, policies and practices.

Major Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the recruitment, staffing, training, employee development and employee relations functions of the company

Assist management team in the development of all HR and benefits strategies and programs such as COBRA and FLEX SPENDING!!

? Provide guidance and advise management team to be in compliance with federal, state, and corporate policies relating to all employment practices.

? Guide management team in personnel disciplinary process leading up to termination proceeding

? Maintain affirmative action program, maintain other records, reports, and log to conform to EEO and OFCCP regulations.
