Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing and Collections Specialist to
assist partners with billing and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze bad debt accounts and build relationships with partners to
collect past due balances
Review monthly invoices for accuracy and resolve billing questions
with internal teams
Evaluate the current billing system and streamline processes for
enhanced efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
1 to 3 years of experience in billing and collections
Experience with Salesforce and accounting/billing software
Intermediate Excel skills
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
Experience with high volume transaction processing
