Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Drive best practices for external reporting and SOX compliance
Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and other public
filings
Support technical accounting research and assist with special
projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial accounting and SEC
reporting
CPA and experience with a Big Four or National Accounting Firm
preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of accounting guidance and treatment
Career progression and professional commitment to ethical
behavior
