Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of US Tax to manage its tax
function and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee tax operations, compliance, planning, and
accounting
Manage federal, foreign, and state income tax compliance processes
and liaise with external advisors
Prepare cash tax forecasts and manage tax accounting in accordance
with ASC 740
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
15+ years of experience, preferably with a mix of Big 4 and
industry experience
Active CPA license required
Experience in late-stage startups is strongly preferred
Technical expertise in healthcare industry-specific taxes and SaaS
taxability
