Operations/Credit Support Specialist, full-time position located
in the Administration South office, Turlock, CA.

Members Prosper!JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:The Operations/Credit
Support Specialist will support the operational and credit duties
of our distressed loan portfolio in the Special Assets Department.
This position will support lending and loan servicing activities
through coordination with Credit Analysts and Lending Officers.
Operational and Credit Support duties include:
- Performing daily banking functions of processing payments and
disbursements.
- Closely monitoring assignment proceeds and production
records.
- Maintaining insurance documentation.
- Maintaining and certifying member loan files.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Managing loan activity through use of Work in Progress Report
and Action Management Report.
- Monitoring receipt of BBC's/Feed Inventory Reports.
- Ordering chattel appraisals and requesting updated financial
information for loan reviews and renewals.
- Preparing conversion documents.
- Preparing Borrower Rights distressed loan and
collection/delinquency letters.
- Ordering loan closing documents from Title Company.
- Completing UCC filings and searches, property tax searches and
credit reports.
- Preparing loan documents through use of Loan Documentation
software.
- Performing other duties as assigned.PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS preferred, minimum requirement Associate Degree in
Business, Accounting, or equivalent considered.
- Knowledge of agriculture is desirable.
- Preferred experience in banking or related work
experience.
- Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Windows,
Excel, Word, and Adobe.
- Must have a good understanding of accounting and finance.
- Must have good analytical and statistical skills to evaluate,
prioritize, and categorize data for credit related activities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
skills.
- Must generate highly accurate work, meet deadlines, and
effectively manage changing
priorities.GRADE/SALARY/BENEFITS:Yosemite Farm Credit offers a
competitive benefit package that includes, but is not limited to,
outstanding vacation/sick time accrual, health, dental, and vision
plans, tuition reimbursement, 401k fixed AND company match,
corporate fitness program, performance related compensation,
volunteer time off and paid holidays.The Base Salary for this
position ranges from $4,000 (minimum) - $4,300 (maximum) per month,
depending on experience. Position is also eligible to participate
in annual incentive program (performance related compensation)
earning up to 10% of annual base salary. This program is subject to
Board approval.WORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM:Yosemite Farm Credit
offers a Workplace Flexibility Program for qualifying positions
that provides the opportunity to have a hybrid (in office and work
from home) schedule. The Workplace Flexibility Program includes an
allowance of up to $500 for qualifying expenses to outfit
